Hosting: Included within the listed allowance. Domain registration, business email and external form/email/WhatsApp/AI services are separate.
Renewal: Monthly in advance; no minimum term. First payment is setup plus month one. Any rate change is notified 30 days before renewal. No automatic debit.
Cancellation: Monthly in advance; no automatic debit. Cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal. Service continues until the paid period ends. Unused current-month fees are not prorated except for a service failure attributable to Cleverward. Customer data export is available on request; hosting stops at the end of service. Setup is settled against work completed under the Own It cancellation rule; unused setup payments are refunded. Customer data/content export is provided within 10 business days on request.
