Published prices are starting prices. A detailed written quotation defines the deliverables, payment terms, applicable taxes, revision allowance, timing and cancellation conditions before acceptance.

Ownership and support

Own It transfers agreed custom deliverables after full payment. Reusable Cleverward frameworks and proprietary products remain Cleverward intellectual property unless expressly sold. Managed services are governed by their stated licence and recurring terms.

Every development project includes 30 days of free bug-fix support for defects in agreed functionality. Additional features and scope changes are quoted separately.
